Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required. To start a return, please contact us at  info.theblankcompany@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these items are made specifically for you. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies as customized, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us first at info.theblankcompany@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at  info.theblankcompany@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
