At The Blank Wall, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, delivery methods, and related matters.

All orders placed through our website are processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your order details and, when available, a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until it reaches your address.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders within Egypt, standard delivery usually takes between 10 to 14 business days from the date of ordering and could arrive before that depending on availability. Please note that delivery estimates are provided for convenience and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. International shipping, if offered, may take longer and is subject to additional customs clearance processes and fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Certain promotions or minimum order values may qualify for free shipping, which will also be indicated during the checkout process.

Once an order is shipped, the responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. However, we remain committed to assisting you in the event of any delivery issues, such as lost or delayed shipments, and will liaise with our courier partners to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Customers are encouraged to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

At this time, we primarily ship within Egypt. International shipping options will be updated as soon as we expand our services. If international delivery is unavailable to your location, your order will not be processed, and you will be informed immediately.
